Apartments

Our 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments are about 800 square feet.  They offer large windows for tons of natural light.  The kitchen features a full appliance package including dishwasher and disposal.  It  also offers lots of storage with plentiful cabinetry. 

 

A separate dining area connects the kitchen and living room.  Some of the apartments have in-home laundry located just off the kitchen as well.  For those without laundry, there's an extra closet space.  The master bedroom features a generous walk-in closet as well.

Townhomes
​

We offer 2 and 3 bedroom, 1 bath Townhomes, that range from 850-950 Square Feet.  The floor plans are similar, with a large, eat-in kitchen, laundry and living room on the first floor.  Each townhome also has a large storage closet under the stairs.  The bathroom and bedrooms all on the second floor.

Each townhome offers 2 individual entrances, and a patio with a privacy fence.  Just off of each patio is an exterior storage unit for each townhome as well.
